Our home has an open concept layout with a reverse floor plan that allows views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico from its expansive third floor porches. Our home is in a gated community that provides not only a pool and hot tub for your use, but also a private boardwalk to the neighborhood access to Santa Rosa Sound. We are located about 25 minutes away from Pensacola Beach and 40 minutes away from Destin. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, body boards, life jackets and SUP's are all available for your use.
